Terms of Service

1. Who we are

EZJobFinder is operated by LogicTree, Inc. ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected]. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. What the service does

We search publicly available sources for job postings that appear to match the profile and resume you give us, present them on a private board, and generate draft cover letters for some of them. That is the whole service.

3. What the service does not do

We do not apply for jobs on your behalf. We do not submit applications, contact employers, negotiate, or represent you in any way. Every application is sent by you, from your own account, after you have read and edited what you are sending.

We do not guarantee employment, interviews, replies, or any particular number or quality of job postings. We are not a recruiter, an employment agency, or a career counsellor, and nothing here is legal, financial or immigration advice.

4. AI-generated content

Job matching, the explanation attached to each role, and every cover letter are generated by an artificial intelligence system. They are drafts. They can be wrong, out of date, or badly judged, and they must be checked before you rely on them.

You are responsible for anything you send to an employer. Read every draft against the posting and against your own history, correct anything inaccurate, and rewrite it in your own voice. We tell you this on every letter for a reason.

5. Accuracy of postings

We fetch every posting ourselves and confirm it responds before showing it to you, and we re-check postings on your board. Even so, a role can be filled, withdrawn or changed between our check and your click. Details such as pay, location and requirements are reproduced from third-party sources and may be wrong. Always read the original posting, which we link to on every card.

6. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, be at least 16 years old, and be the person the resume describes. One account per person. You may not resell, share or automate access to the service, or scrape it.

7. Payment

The service costs $20.00 US per month, billed in advance, and renews automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices may change, and we will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change affects you.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time from the billing portal linked in your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not give partial refunds for an unused part of a month.

Within the first 14 days of your first payment, email us and we will refund that payment in full, no argument. Beyond that, refunds are at our discretion.

If a payment fails we keep your account working for a short grace period, then make your board read-only. We do not delete your data when you stop paying. Your board, notes and letters wait for you.

9. Acceptable use

Do not upload a resume that is not yours, upload content you have no right to, use the service to harass anyone, attempt to break or overload it, or attempt to manipulate the AI systems through content you upload. We may suspend or close an account that does.

10. Third-party content

Job postings belong to whoever published them. We link to the original rather than republishing it, and store only enough to explain a match. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or hiring conduct of any employer whose posting appears.

11. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost opportunities, lost earnings, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes, termination and contact

We may change these terms and will email you about anything material. You may close your account at any time from settings, which deletes your data. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and will refund any unused prepaid period if we do so without cause.

Governing law: the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law rules.
